Work here,
not somewhere
worse.
We hire senior operators who'd rather own outcomes than report on them. Small teams, real clients, and a written method that respects everyone's time.
We're nine today. We'll be twelve to fifteen by end of year. We hire slowly, pay well, and protect the people doing the work from the things that usually grind senior people down at agencies.
Six things that won't happen here.
— You won't be a number
We cap the team at fifteen on purpose. Everyone knows what everyone else is shipping. There's no place to hide and no need to.
— You won't sit in pointless meetings
Strategy lives in docs, not on calls. We use async by default. Weekly team sync is 45 minutes. Client meetings exist when they earn their place.
— You won't babysit juniors
We don't hire juniors at all. Every seat is senior. You'll work with peers, not around them.
— You won't be cost-engineered
Above-market salaries, transparent bands, no theatre around comp. We pay what the work is worth, and we tell you the number on the first call.
— You won't burn out quietly
No on-call weekends. No 11pm Slacks. We protect the boundary because the work depends on it. Five-day weeks, real PTO, and a sabbatical at year three.
— You won't have to sell yourself internally
Good work speaks. Promotion comes when the work earns it, not when you've performed visibility theatre for six months. We notice. We pay it.

If you're a senior operator who'd be a fit and we missed the role, write to us anyway. We hire the person more often than we hire the position.

Outcomes over outputs
Decks don't move revenue. Campaigns, pages, and indexed content do.
Written over spoken
Strategy lives in docs, not in meetings. If we can't write it, we don't ship it.
Senior and accountable
No layered escalations. Direct lines to the people doing the work.
Measured, not modelled
Real attribution, server-side tracking, no vanity dashboards.
Compounding over hype
Channels that get better over time. The boring long game wins.
Saying no
We turn down more work than we take on. Same with hiring.
