Role Summary
We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to lead the user experience and visual design of our web and mobile products. The ideal candidate combines strong UX thinking with polished UI execution and has experience working closely with product managers and engineering teams.
You will play a key role in shaping intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences for a global customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centered experiences from concept to final implementation
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
- Maintain and evolve the company’s design system
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to align business goals with user needs
- Improve usability and accessibility standards across platforms
- Present design ideas and rationale to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and visual design skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Framer
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles
- Experience designing for SaaS or enterprise platforms preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics
- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
- Familiarity with Agile product development
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
